Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment
Inspectrum Inspections wants every visitor — including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology — to be able to learn about our services, read our guides and reports, and book an inspection. We are actively working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time checkbox.
What We Do
- Use semantic HTML with meaningful headings, labels, and landmarks
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and charts
- Support keyboard navigation throughout the site and booking flow
- Review color contrast and text sizing as we design and update pages
- Consider accessibility when we add new features, guides, and report views
Known Limitations
Some parts of the site may not yet meet every WCAG 2.1 AA criterion — for example, certain decorative imagery, embedded third-party content (such as maps or payment pages), and PDF report downloads produced from inspection software. We review issues as we find them and prioritize anything that blocks core tasks like booking or reading a report.
Easy Alternatives — Always
Nothing on this website is the only way to work with us. If any part of the site is difficult to use, you can always:
- Book or ask questions by phone: (303) 697-0990
- Email us: office@evergreeninspections.com
- Ask for your inspection report or agreement in an alternative format
Tell Us What’s in Your Way
If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on this site — a page that doesn’t work with your screen reader, a form you can’t complete, content you can’t perceive — please tell us. Include the page address and a short description of the problem, and we’ll do our best to fix it promptly and to get you what you needed in the meantime.
